Depression and anxiety are both mental health conditions, but they affect us in different ways.
Depression often feels like a heavy cloud that won’t lift — persistent sadness, loss of interest, low energy, and a sense of hopelessness.
Anxiety, on the other hand, feels like being stuck in “fight or flight” mode — constant worry, overthinking, restlessness, and a sense of danger even when things are okay.
Both are real. Both are valid. And both deserve understanding, compassion, and support. 🌿
