Reset Your Mind with Weekend Art Menu 🎨🫕
Friday is perfect timing to prepare the Art Menu to gently reset our mind during the weekend. 🧘
I'd like to recommend these three simple therapeutic art exercises for coloring your weekend to reset and refresh ☘️
🌀 1. The Soft Breathing Lines : Calming Exercise.
✏️ Draw slow, flowing lines that match the rhythm of your breath. Coloring with soft blues🩵, purples💜, and calming neutrals💚. The slow, repetitive movements and breath-aligned strokes send a direct signal to soothe your nervous system.
🧩 2. Release & Rebuild Collage : Healing Exercise
✂️📰 Tear up photo from old magazine or newspapers that represent what you need to relief. Then, glue them to make a new layer and textures photos, coloring with soft tone color that makes a gentle and hopeful feeling. Tearing acts as "Letting Go" while layering rebuild your "Gentle Mood" ✨️
🔥 3. The Strength Mandala : Empowerment Exercise
✏️ Draw a circle and fill it with shapes and coloring them with red, dark blue, yellow, orange, purple and black. These colors represent your inner strength. The circle provides a feeling of safety, while the radiating shapes and bold colors activate your inner fire and confidence.
