ห้อง Mahidol University BLS Training Center พร้อมให้บริการสำหรับนักศึกษา ศิษย์เก่า และบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่มีความสนใจเข้าปฏิบัติการทำ CPR และการใช้งานเครื่อง AED อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
โดยเปิดให้ลงทะเบียนโดยสามารถเลือกรอบที่สะดวกได้ด้วยตนเอง
🗓 วิธีการลงทะเบียน : สามารถลงทะเบียนโดยการสแกน QR Code ในภาพ หรือ https://forms.gle/FNF2dfvWPVvKSzev5 โดยจะมีอีเมลยืนยันผลการลงทะเบียนตอบกลับไปยังอีเมลที่กรอกไว้ภายใน 2 วันทำการค่ะ หากไม่ได้รับอีเมลตอบกลับภายใน 2 วันทำการจากวันที่ลงทะเบียน สามารถ inbox สอบถามที่เพจ Mahidol Health เพื่อให้แอดมินตรวจสอบได้ค่ะ
ผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนและปฏิบัติผ่านตามเกณฑ์จะได้รับ
1. ทักษะการทำ CPR อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และการใช้งานเครื่อง AED ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
2. นักศึกษามหิดล รับชั่วโมง AT (Health literacy 1 ชั่วโมง, และ Volunteer 1 ชั่วโมง) 🎁 โดยทีมงานจะนำข้อมูลเข้าระบบให้ทุกสิ้นเดือนค่ะ
3. E-Certificate ทางอีเมล จาก Mahidol University BLS Training Center 📩 ภายใน 2 สัปดาห์หลังเข้ารับการทดสอบ (เมื่อทดสอบปฏิบัติผ่านเกณฑ์)
4. ได้ร่วมสนุกกับกิจกรรมลุ้นรางวัลจากทีมงาน🏆🏆🏆
⚠️⚠️สามารถศึกษาบทเรียนออนไลน์ (MUx) รายวิชา "กู้ชีพ กู้ใจ ใครๆ ก็ทำได้" เพื่อรับทักษะเพิ่มเติมและชั่วโมงกิจกรรมได้อีกนะคะ โดยสามารถเข้าไป้ที่ https://mux.mahidol.ac.th และ Login เข้าระบบให้เรียบร้อยก่อนนะคะ⚠️⚠️

If you don’t receive it, feel free to message us on the Mahidol Health page so our admin can check for you.
✅ Participants who complete the training will receive:
1. Practical CPR and AED operation skills 💪
2. Mahidol students will earn 1 hour of Health Literacy and 1 hour of Volunteer activity time (updated monthly).
3. An E-Certificate from Mahidol University BLS Training Center 📩 (within 2 weeks after passing the practical test).
4. A chance to win special prizes from our team! 🏆🎁
