Great turn out for Hurricane Harvey today. Thank you ladies for showing up on your mat and making a difference. Very well deserved Savasana (resting pose). There was even one towel left over for me! Come join us for our Friday 7:45 - 8:45 JIP sequence (1 -3 breaths per movement).

Classes this week:

Monday 9:30 - 10:30 All Levels. Highly recommended for beginners.
Tuesday 7:45 - 9:00 Intermediate
Friday 7:45 - 8:45 All Levels (1-3 breaths per movement JIP sequence). It's best to have taken at least one of my other classes before this one. We move quickly.

Tuesday September 12th 5:30 - 6:30pm evening class.

Yoga for Bumble Bee coming soon! Several yoga teachers have joined forces to help build community engagement and support the Bumble Bee Library. Classes will be in the ISB MPB on Saturday mornings 8:00 - 9:00 am. Mark your calendars!

Friday afternoon Happy Hour of Power made its debut this school year. I will be teaching this class once a month! Can't wait until the next one. What a great way to end the week with friends. Yoga and your drink of choice. We all need a Happy Hour of Power.
