1. They teach people how to treat us. 🤝🏾

Anxiety can be uncomfortable, but our thoughts 💭 about the anxiety can intensify the experience. Here are some reminders to tell yourself when you feel anxious.

1. I’ve been anxious before and I’ve survived all of my anxious thoughts. 💭
2. Anxiety is a normal thing that everyone experiences.
3. I have several emotions all day long. Anxiety is just one of them.
4. Feeling anxious is not a sign that I’m doing something wrong.
5. This feeling will pass. My body knows what to do to take care of me. 🩵
