The submission of annual financial statements to the Department of Business Development will no longer be complicated. The objective of audit is to have financial statements reviewed by the auditor. We furthermore execute auditing by “Certified Public Accountants” (CPA) for large companies and partnerships, auditing by Tax Auditors (TA) for small entities, auditing of accounts and financial statements by a team of standard certified public accountants (CPA). We present observations to the executives in order to identify main deficiencies in internal accounting control and provide consultation for correct practices in accounting reports preparation. We prepare financial statements as well as notes thereto and supporting documents to be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and the Revenue Department, including SPCH. 3 and copy of the list of shareholders (BOJ. 5).
