Acupuncture enjoys moderate to strong evidence of effectiveness in the treatment of 46 conditions and is considered safe in the hands of properly trained practitioners. This strong scientific support is impressive and helpful for patients in the context of a conventional healthcare system where nearly half of all treatments lack evidence for their use. Acupuncture is also considered cost-effective for a number of conditions where evidence is available. Comparatively, for many conditions it enjoys greater evidence than many conventional treatments and is relatively safer. I graduated from the Armenian Medical State University, Yerevan as a Medical Doctor. At the beginning of my medical practice I worked as an Anesthesiologist, then I change to Psychotherapy and Acupuncture..
I have had my special training in Acupuncture at 1st Hospital of Kiev, Ukraine for 3 months and specialization in "Psychotherapy for Depressions" at Karvasarskiy Mental Health Clinic, Sankt Petersburg, Russia
At same year I founded a department of Acupuncture and psychotherapy at Armenia’s biggest hospital which is Republican hospital after Lenin in Yerevan http://www.armeniamedicalcenter.am At that time we accept different patients from over 20 medical departments of hospital.
In 1987 group of Japanese doctors visit my department of Acupuncture and psychotherapy in Republican Hospital. We did exchange of our medical experiences in healing patients with acupuncture and psychotherapy. In July of same year I had my first medical articles published by famous Dr. Keiichi Morish*ta http://home.claranet.nl/users/lightnet/world/biologydiscoveries.html in Japan's Natural Medicine magazine about combining Hypnotherapy with Acupuncture in treatment of diseases.
Since beginning of 1990 I moved to USA, Los Angeles and established there an office in Glendale city. Close contacts with American doctors of acupuncture helped me improve my knowledge in the field. In 2008 at Sigmund Freud university, Vienna I had a presentation of my original treatment methods at European Assembly of Psychotherapists . In Austria I had a close contacts with leading European specialists .
