🐘 High season have begin make sure to book your accommodation in advance especially from Christmas to end of March is super peak season for 3 months last minute booking you hardly find a nice place to stay here all it book in advance.

🧘We are small village around 2,000 population, We don’t have enough accommodation , some days tour , activities may fully booked.

❤️Yoga , meditation, singing bowls sounds bath, retreat, offer everyday with book in advance , (limited mats per class book early as you can especially 6 pm sunset yoga with sining bowls sound bath is popular)

Back to jungle , back to my roots , living grounding life with Mother Earth jungle rainforest Khaosok National park is my home on and off 🏡 for 30 years..
Raining season is beautiful and rough in the way by nature. But actually we are nature our body is base with 4 elements such as : earth, air , water, fire . But when we not listening care enough to our body, you will get suffering by your own craving and attachment of mind …
But how to come out of this ? You got to learn to be still body and mind by meditation 🧘 yoga 🧘 or sound bath with sining bowls can bring you clam..
From 12 September 2025 onwards all groups or private classes , retreats are available with book at least 1 day in advance with prepaid by card to confirm.

Hun visste ikke jeg snakke norsk da hun booket retreats.
Hele 5 dager føler jeg møte en norsk venninne. Vi hadd gøy prates og pratice yoga meditation 🧘 og sound bath .

Sharing a Pictures from my 10 days Vipassana Meditation 🧘 (silent practice + meditation 7-8 hrs per days for 10 days) was my 6 times already I have been doing this to purification of the mind , learn vipassana meditation which is quite advanced + meditation 🧘 and challenge with physical body and mind..
meditate is very big part of practice to bring you out from your own suffering’
One things is lucky to being Thai and live here we have so many temples and center for local thai could go there to practice sliten meditation, disconnect from the world mostly they thought in Thai language
If you not ready to ‘torture your self 😂 for 10 days there yet ’ reach out to me. I have light program for 3 days or 5 days retreats where I included learn meditation theory and practice in retreats program also got to practice yoga and sining bowls sound both to healing your stress.
I will be in jungle July and August for while before heading to my practice again in September.

Being a tourist in my own country 😆 a bit summery of my short Bangkok trip before going to vipassana meditation 🧘

Here is my Bangkok recommendation.
📍Wat Arun temples in Bangkok now you can hire thai dress, make up + hair style and photography price around 2,000 thb.
📍Dinner cruises at Manora cruise from Anatara Riverside hotel fantastic way to see Bangkok by night city lights along river (for you who don’t like buffet cruise with many tourists )

📍rooftop bar at Avani hotel after dinner cruise great to come up for a drink 🥃
📍Stay SO Bangkok Hotel Sathorn room facing lumpini park , infinity pool so awsome city view.

I still think my Bangkok is great values of visiting in various things to do in decent spending to compare other cities I been in south east asia.
As a Thai I love to be tourists here
