We recently had the honor of hosting a private Sound Bath session for a world-class team of flight attendants at SENSE Spa Phuket.

Living between time zones can disrupt sleep and exhaust the nervous system. Their intention was simple: reset, rebalance, and rest deeply again.

Through gentle sound frequencies, breath slowed, shoulders softened, and their bodies finally shifted out of “flight mode.”
