Ganesha Yoga Shala Phuket

ATTENTION students of the Ganesha Yoga Shala. The shala will be closed for an extended time this season, from December 14, (last class,) until February 23, 2026. I will be away in Australia with my girl Pearly, as she will make us grandparents this December. Another new adventure in this thing called "life" requires my undivided attention. I will put on my "Nana" hat, and get stuck in helping my girls transformation into motherhood.

Wishing you all a happy holiday season, and looking forward to seeing you back on the mat in February.

Ajay will be with us here again for his 9th trip to Phuket, April 6,7,8,9,10, 2024. Ajay is one of Mysore's most celebrated teachers, and it is a great honour to have him here at Ganesha Yoga Shala Phuket again. There will be a full weekend workshop followed by three days of Mysore morning practices. Keep watching this spot for more coming information.

For those of you who weren't in on my secret trip to Mysore to surprise my dear sweet girl Becky, I'm here to let you know the Ganesha Yoga Shala will be closed until November 12th. We are presently having a laugh together at Ajay's Sthalam 8 Ashtanga Yoga Vedanta Center , in Mysore. All laughing will stop on Sunday at backbending class, under the watchful eye of Ajay, that is for sure, and the real work begins, when these people pull the magic from me once again.🙏❤🧘‍♀️
