Hi Im Darren and I’m a dog whisperer. Don't even think it has anything to do with age ; it has to do with expansion vs constriction. Infinite possibilities vs. inertia and repeating that same old narrative of I’m not ____blank ___ enough. So do you think you can teach an old dog a new trick ? Or are you not smart enough , not talented enough , not creative enough ,waiting for permission , or not heroic enough ? Please feel free to fill in the blank , for yourself , because its not my voice thats saying you are not ______ enough . Its yours , and its time to own your own voice. Its time to stop devaluing and rejecting yourself and become the hero of your own story .

Everywhere we are hearing that we need to stay home to protect ourselves against COVID-19, but no one is discussing the fact that this is leading to our immune systems breaking down.

When our immune system fails, we get sick.
In this talk, Asst. Prof. Patana Teng-umnuay discusses the current COVID-19 pandemic, and how our own immune systems are our best defense for preventing the coronavirus, and other viruses such as influenza.

By focusing on maintaining our immune systems, not just during this pandemic but as a practice we should all follow each day, our immune systems can fight back.

Three ways that putting pen to paper has a positive affect on your brain:

1)Handwriting increases neural activity in certain sections of the brain similar to meditation.
2)Sharpens the brain - areas of the brain for thinking, language and memory.
3) Slow down and enjoy the moment/movement.

A very simple step to get another dose of Raw Movement.
