𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Preparing and cooking a variety of plant-based buffet meals on our campus (breakfast and lunch)
Ensuring that all food is of high quality and meets our standards
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Thai Citizen
Good understanding of English
Professional experience in a kitchen environment. Knowledge of Thai cuisine and plant-based food is a plus.

Khattaya taught that in her monastery, meditation is practiced throughout daily activities rather than in long, forced sessions. 🧘‍♀️✨

She explained that the “monkey mind” 🐒 continuously tries to distract people, and sitting for a fixed half-hour meditation with an alarm often causes more mental chatter. Instead, she advises doing three 10-minute meditation sessions during the day 🕰️ to maintain calmness and peace of mind. 🌿

In the morning, practitioners focus on being present, truly experiencing the moment 🌅. After lunch, they spend about 10 minutes lying down, observing their belly rising and falling with slow breaths 🌬️ to reconnect and relax. In the evening, another 10-minute session allows the mind to rest 💤, preventing the day’s stress from lingering.

💫 Sound healing every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:30 🎶 to deepen relaxation and restore energy.

Khattaya suggests this balanced approach, like savoring coffee ☕ mindfully, helps prevent distractions and promotes inner peace throughout the day. 🌸 This practice integrates meditation with daily life, so the mind stays refreshed rather than restless. 🌼
