The site for Pitta is the stomach, the naval, skin, liver, spleen, gallbladder.
When Pitta is high you can get frustrated and angry. Inflammation is the key word when it comes to Pitta conditions. So if you find yourself getting liver problems, acne, profusely sweating, fever, yellow coating in the tongue thats a sign of Pitta imbalance.
⚡Spend time near the water.
⚡ Avoid exercising during the Pitta hours between 11 to 2PM.
⚡Include alkalizing green leafy vegetables to detox the liver and cool the system
⚡Include bitter herbs such as dandelions, milk thistle
⚡Choose lime over lemons. As lime is cooling
⚡Soak some almonds in the water overnight and in the morning peel the skin off and eat 3 to 4 almonds in morning. Almonds are sweet and suitable taste to help balance Pitta

So what if your Pitta is low? Pitta dominates the digestion. If our digestive fire is low then we are possibly low on Pitta. How to increase digestive fire?
⚡Increase and add warming spices to your meals: blackpepper, Cayenne pepper, cumin, turmeric, ginger
⚡Add Apple cider vinegar in your lemon water in the morning
⚡Do some core exercsies, cardio and movements to stimulate digestive fire
⚡Fruits wirh fibers: Mangoes, papayas, pineapple
⚡Have your biggest meal during the Pitta time when your digestive fire is at its peak between 11to 2Pm.
⚡Avoid eating four hours before bed time
⚡Self massage with warm oil and warming essential oils to stimulate digestion such as ylang ylang, wild sweet orange oil, sandalwood
