🇬🇧Our patient, who had previously undergone rhinoplasty, visited our clinic due to dissatisfaction with the overly upturned nasal tip and difficulty breathing. Upon evaluation, it was observed that structural deficiencies from the previous surgery were affecting both the appearance and the nasal function.

Through revision rhinoplasty, the nasal tip was reshaped to appear more natural, harmonize with the facial proportions, and meet the patient’s aesthetic expectations. During the same procedure, the internal structures were reinforced, resulting in a significant improvement in breathing function.

🇬🇧Revision surgery was planned due to functional and aesthetic problems resulting from insufficient cartilage support after the patient’s previous rhinoplasty. To restore and reinforce the nasal structure, a rib cartilage graft was chosen. A minimal incision of approximately 2 cm was made on the chest wall, and the cartilage was carefully harvested. The obtained cartilage graft was then shaped to the appropriate size and form for use in nasal reconstruction. During the procedure, surrounding tissues were preserved and bleeding was effectively controlled.

Hasta, daha önce geçirdiği rinoplasti sonrası burun yapısında hem fonksiyonel hem de estetik problemler yaşamaktadır. Özellikle burun içindeki kıkırdak ve yumuşak doku desteğinin yetersizliği nedeniyle nefes almada belirgin zorlanma, burun şeklinde ise hastanın rahatsızlık duyduğu asimetri ve estetik uyumsuzluklar mevcuttu. Operasyonun amacı hem sağlıklı ve rahat bir nefes alma fonksiyonunu geri kazandırmak, hem de hastanın beklentilerine uygun estetik bir görünüm sağlamaktır. Ameliyat başarılı şekilde tamamlanmış olup hastanın iyileşme süreci takip edilmektedir.
