SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ENLARGED MALE BREAST TISSUE (GYNECOMASTIA)


Gynecomastia is a common condition which results in enlarged male breast tissue which can be seen in males of all ages, but usually occurs during the newborn period, puberty and older adulthood. It is the result of additional breast tissue rather than fat and because of this neither exercising nor losing weight will not reduce the breast tissue in gynecomastia.

Gynecomastia Can Cause Low Self-Esteem - Men with gynecomastia are likely to have a recurring feeling of incompleteness due to body form dissatisfaction and social phobia.

There are two gynecomastia surgery options:

Liposuction: Excess fat can removed which involves inserting a small tube through an incision.

Excision: Excess glandular tissue can be removed which involves cutting out tissue with a scalpel. This will normally leave a scar around the edge of the ni**le. The scar will be larger if a major reduction in tissue and skin is necessary,

Combination of liposuction and excision can be used in many cases.

MAMMOPLASTY PERFORMED WITH AN INVERTED-T SCAR

Breast tissues of women indispensably droop as time passes with the effects of pregnancy, lactation and gravitational force. Loss of skin flexibility by aging also contributes to droopy appearance and structure of breasts.

Mammoplasty performed with an inverted-T skin resection pattern is a useful technique to treat moderately or severely ptotic breasts. This procedure aims to reshape and steepen the droopy breasts. If you have large breasts, you might choose to have breast reduction surgery to ease discomfort or to achieve a breast size proportionate to your body. By this way it might also help improve your self-image and your ability to participate in physical activities.


Mammoplasty at the same time reduce ar**la, i.e. the dark zone around ni**les, thereby giving a more aesthetic appearance. DERMAL FILLER APPLICATIONS WITHOUT LOOKING OVERDONE
Hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers are gel-based injectibles that are injected into the skin for the purpose of reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, to contour the face and create volume or restore lost volume that occurs through the ageing process. EXCESS FAT FROM THE NECK AND JAWLINE AREAS CAN BE REMOVED BY MICRO-LIPOSUCTION

It is a procedure that is similar but less invasive than traditional liposuction. Smaller incisions are used, which are about three to five millimetres in length and almost no scarring.
