My lovely patient had undergone a rhinoplasty elsewhere in the past. Unfortunately, she was left with small irregularities on the bridge, tip asymmetry, and an overly projected tip. She also desired a softer, more feminine, and more harmonious appearance that would complement her facial features 💐

The results are permanent, and the entire technique is done through a hidden incision placed behind the ear, leaving no visible scars from the front or side.

I frequently combine otoplasty with my facelift/necklift and rhinoplasty surgeries. Since the patient is already under general anesthesia in those cases, adding ear pinning creates a seamless and highly successful combined approach.
