Ear pinning (otoplasty) is a short and highly effective procedure performed under local anesthesia, taking around 40 minutes. 👂✨
The results are permanent, and the entire technique is done through a hidden incision placed behind the ear, leaving no visible scars from the front or side.

I frequently combine otoplasty with my facelift/necklift and rhinoplasty surgeries. Since the patient is already under general anesthesia in those cases, adding ear pinning creates a seamless and highly successful combined approach. It’s a reliable procedure that beautifully enhances overall facial harmony. 💫😊

Our gorgeous patient had previously undergone an unsuccessful rhinoplasty elsewhere.
During the consultation and surgical assessment, the following issues were identified:
• ❌ Retracted columella
• ❌ Excess soft tissue over the nasal bridge
• ❌ Over-lifted nasal tip
• ❌ Poor tip definition

Through a carefully planned , each of these problems was successfully corrected.
It was a complex revision surgery, but all structural and aesthetic concerns were resolved one by one.

✅ The airway was fully opened, ensuring excellent breathing.
✅ Without using any rib cartilage‼️, we achieved strong and stable support by rebuilding the structure with the patient’s own remaining nasal cartilages.

🌟 Here you’re seeing the 4-week result — still very early in the healing process. This lovely colleague came to me with concerns of neck fullness, facial laxity, and brow descent.

We performed a combination of , , , and . At 4 weeks, she still has some mild swelling and minimal asymmetries — both completely normal and expected at this stage. These will continue to refine beautifully over the coming months 🌿
