İmplant yerleştirilerek yapılan kafatası estetiği ameliyatları kemik üzerinde ve saçlı deri altında gerçekleştirilir. 3D modelleme sayesinde ameliyat öncesinde hastayla birlikte düzenleme fırsatı olur. Kemiğe sabitlenen implant herhangi bir rahatsızlık hissi vermez, saç ekilmesine engel değildir ve saç dökülmesine neden olmaz.
Skull reshaping surgeries performed by placing implants are carried out on the bone and under the scalp. Thanks to 3D modeling, there is an opportunity to make adjustments with the patient before the surgery. The implant fixed to the bone does not cause any discomfort, does not prevent hair transplantation, and does not cause hair loss.

Estetik süreci nasıl işliyor?👉🏻 Önce hasta ile ön görüşme yapıp neler istediğini konuşuyoruz ve üç boyutlu kafatası tomografisi çekiyoruz. Nasıl bir model olacağını hastayla konuştuktan sonra mühendislerimiz tomografi üzerinden bir model üretiyor, ben de bu implantın sınırlarını belirliyorum. Sonrasında hastayla tekrar bir araya gelip ürettiğimiz modeli gösteriyoruz.
📌Bu aşamada en önemli nokta: implant üzerinde istenilen değişiklikleri yapabiliyoruz.
Son halini aldıktan sonra üretime geçip estetik ameliyatı gerçekleştiriyoruz.
How does the aesthetic process work? First, we hold a preliminary consultation with the patient to discuss their wishes and take a 3D skull tomography scan. After talking with the patient about which model they prefer, our engineers create a model based on the tomography scan, and I define the boundaries of the implant. Then, we meet with the patient again to show them the model we have made.
📌The most crucial point at this stage is that we can make any desired changes to the implant.
Once the final version is ready, we move to production and carry out the aesthetic surgery.

Konu kafatası estetiğine nasıl geldi? Kranioplasti ameliyatlarındaki felsefemiz sadece estetik değil aynı zamanda kafatası sağlığını yerine getirmeye yönelik işlem yapmaktır. Bugüne kadar biriktirdiğimiz deneyimler ve başarılı sonuçlar sayesinde kafatası estetiğinde de ilerleme sağlamış olduk.
How did we get into cranial aesthetics? Our philosophy in cranioplasty surgeries is not only aesthetic but also to perform procedures aimed at restoring cranial health. Thanks to the experience we have collected and the successful results we have achieved to date, we have also made progress in cranial reshaping.

Epilepsi tedavisi gören Nives’in hikayesini iki hafta önce ‘neredeyse hiç nöbet geçirmedi’ olarak paylaşmıştım. Artık gönül rahatlığıyla söyleyebiliriz ki Nives’in hiç nöbeti yok😌
Hırvatistan’dan gelen 5 yaşındaki hastamızın ameliyatına, çocuk nöroloğu ve çocuk psikiyatristi ile birlikte multidisipliner bir yaklaşımla karar vermiştik. Uygun epilepsi hastalarında VSN oldukça güvenilir bir ameliyat.
I shared Nives’ story two weeks ago, noting that she had “almost no seizures.” We can now say with confidence that Nives has no seizures at all😌
We decided on surgery for our 5-year-old patient from Croatia using a multidisciplinary approach, together with a pediatric neurologist and a child psychiatrist. VSN is a very reliable surgery for suitable epilepsy patients.

Kafatası şekillendirmede kullandığımız 3D modelleme ile ameliyat öncesinde implantın nasıl yerleşeceğine birlikte bakıyoruz. Ekstra bir risk taşımadan kafatasını yeniden şekillendirmek günümüz teknolojisinde oldukça pratik.
Using 3D modeling for skull reshaping, we can see how the implant will be positioned before surgery. Reshaping the skull without any extra risk is quite practical with today’s technology.

Estetik ameliyatlarında hata payımız yok. 3 boyutlu modelleme yapıldığı için ameliyat öncesinde kafatasının nasıl olacağı hastalarla konuşuluyor ve kafatası şekillendirme sonrasında konuşmadığımız hiç bir durumla karşılaşmıyoruz.
We have zero margin for error in cosmetic surgery. Because we use 3D modeling, we discuss with patients how their skull will look before surgery, and we never encounter any situations we didn’t discuss after skull reshaping.

Zeynep Hanım’ı hatırladınız mı? Beyin kanamasına bağlı olarak kafatası çıkarılmış, aylardır yoğun bakımda kalmıştı ve yürüyemez haldeydi. Kranioplasti ve hidrosefali ameliyatlarından sonra yürüyeceğini düşündüğümü söylemiştim😌 Fizik tedaviye devam ediyor, kontrollerde bundan sonraki adımları planlıyoruz.
Do you remember Zeynep? She had undergone a craniotomy due to a brain hemorrhage, spent months in intensive care, and was unable to walk. I mentioned that I believed she would be able to walk again after her cranioplasty and hydrocephalus surgeries. She is continuing with physical therapy, and we are planning the next steps during her follow-up appointments.

Nives 5 yaşında, bize başvurduğunda haftalık geçirdiği epilepsi nöbetlerinin sayısı 15’e çıkmıştı. Başarılı bir VNS ameliyatı (vagal sinir stimülasyonu) sonrasında 10 gündür neredeyse hiç nöbet geçirmedi. Çocuk nöroloğu ve çocuk paikiyatristi ile multidisipliner bir yaklaşımla ameliyata karar verdik. Uygun hastalarda oldukça güvenilir bir ameliyat.
Nives was 5 years old when she came to us, experiencing up to 15 epileptic seizures per week. Following a successful VNS surgery (vagal nerve stimulation), she has had almost no seizures for 10 days. We decided on surgery through a multidisciplinary approach involving a pediatric neurologist and pediatric psychiatrist. It is a highly reliable surgery for suitable patients.

Hatırlayanlar vardır, Seyyide trafik kazası geçirmiş, kafatası kemiği çıkarılmış ve bir dizi ameliyat geçirmişti. Bize geldiğinde şuyru kapalıydı ve hareket edemiyordu.
Yaptığımız kranioplasti ameliyatı sonrasında şuuru açılmış ve tepki vermeye, hareket etmeye başlamıştı. Şimdi ise destekle yürüyebiliyor, konuşuyor ve fizik tedavisine devam ediyor😌
Birkaç ay içinde geldiği bu seviye beni çok mutlu etti.
Seyyide had been in a traffic accident, had her skull bone removed, and underwent a series of surgeries. When she came to us, she was unconscious and unable to move.
After the cranioplasty surgery we performed, she regained consciousness and began to respond and move. Now she can walk with support, talk, and continue her physical therapy.
Reaching this level in just a few months has made me very proud.

Üç boyutlu modelleme tekniği sayesinde kafatası estetiği ameliyatlarında istenilen kemik şeklinin aynısını elde edebiliyoruz. Kişiye özel üretilen titanyum implant parça yerleştirdiğimiz hastamızda, kafa arkası düzlüğü sorununu çözdük.
Thanks to 3D modeling techniques, we can achieve the exact desired skull shape in skull aesthetics surgeries. We changed the flat occipital bone issue in our patient by placing a custom-made titanium implant.

Tuna'nın kranioplasti ameliyatını yapalı 14 ay olmuş😊 Beyin tümörü nedeniyle çıkarılan kafatası parçası yerine, kendisine özel olarak 3D yazıcıda üretilen titanyum parça yerleştirmiştik. Şuan 5,5 yaşında, kontrollerde her şey yolunda ve gayet sağlıklı👍
It has been 14 months since Tuna underwent cranioplasty surgery. Following the removal of a section of her skull due to a brain tumor, we successfully replaced it with a specially designed titanium plate. Now at 5.5 years old, she is in excellent health.
