Patients due to deformities and tears in the joint after shoulder dislocation present with severe pain and inability to move the arm. After the first examination and x-rays, the dislocated joint should be reduced (implanted) with special maneuvers performed with general anesthesia/sedation. Afterwards, a smooth recovery is provided by immobilizing the shoulder-arm body sling and physical therapy. However, If recurrent joint dislocation occurs in the shoulder joint and / or tendon and ligament rupture occurs, it is necessary to repair the damaged parts with special cameras and hand tools from 2 incisions of 1 cm as a closed surgery (arthroscopic).
