Male Septorhinoplasty of our dear patient from Norway 🇳🇴 - a young man presented with a dominant, large, downprojected nose that strongly influenced his overall facial appearance. His preoperative features included a high dorsal hump, a long and drooping nasal tip, thick skin, asymmetrical nostrils, and a leftward nasal deviation. He also suffered from functional breathing problems due to a deviated septum.
During surgery, we performed a comprehensive septorhinoplasty, to fix both functional and aesthetic concerns. The dorsal hump was removed to create a smoother profile, the nasal tip was elevated, reduced, and rebalanced, and the nostrils were corrected and made more symmetric. The septum was straightened, and the entire nasal axis was realigned so that the nose now sits precisely in the center of the face.
✅Thick-skinned patients require careful structural support, and in this case, strong tip framework was essential to maintain definition and long-term stability. Postoperative results show a more harmonious profile, improved symmetry, and significantly better breathing. The outcome is truly impressive.

Before and after the rhinoplasty of our dear patient- a young lady from Germany 🇧🇪. The goal of the surgery was to create a very natural, regular, yet beautiful, nose that complements her face. What was accomplished during the surgery:
- Length was reduced,
- The nasal tip was balanced, narrowed, and slightly raised,

Our dear patient presented with a drooping nasal tip, a small dorsal hump, and a slight deviation of the nose to the right. These features disrupted the nasal contour and overall facial harmony.

This middle-aged female patient presented with several aesthetic concerns: a bulbous, drooping nasal tip, a dorsal hump, a broad dorsum, and very wide nostrils. These features created a downward-dragging effect and disrupted overall nasal and facial balance.
Surgery involved dorsal hump removal, refinement and elevation of the nasal tip, and reduction of nostril width through alar base reduction. The alar base was narrowed to improve frontal aesthetics and restore a more proportionate nasal base. At the same time, the nasal dorsum was narrowed to achieve a smoother, more elegant line.
The intraoperative transformation shows a feminine, more balanced nasal shape with the nose tip correction preserving natural character.

Our dear male patient presented with a prominent dorsal hump, a drooping and crooked nasal tip, deviated septum, and with an overall heavy nasal profile that was disproportionate to the rest of his face. Our surgical plan aimed to bring balance and functional improvements without compromising the masculine character of his features. During the procedure, we removed the dorsal hump, rotated the tip, straightened the septum and used septal grafts to ensure structural support and long-term stability. The nose was centered, and the nasolabial angle was preserved within the ideal masculine range. Our dear patient travelled all the way from New Zealand to undergo rhinoplasty surgery at our clinic. The primary goal was to address a significant nasal deviation- a curved nose that noticeably deviated from the facial midline- in combination with a deviated septum, bulbous nasal tip, dorsal hump, and low radix.
Correcting a crooked nose is one of the most technically challenging aspects of rhinoplasty. It requires a combination of osseous realignment, cartilaginous restructuring, and precise midline positioning to ensure both aesthetic symmetry and functional nasal airflow. Even small asymmetries in bony or septal deviation can persist if not addressed meticulously.
In this case, the radix was augmented, the hump was removed, the tip was reduced and refined, and the nose was successfully realigned to the midline, all while preserving the existing nasolabial angle. The result is a more proportionate, balanced nose that fits naturally with the patient's facial features.

Male Rhinoplasty 3-Year Stable Result

Our dear patient underwent primary structural septorhinoplasty to address both functional and aesthetic concerns. He presented with a slight dorsal hump, a severely drooping and widened nasal tip, and a deviated septum that caused breathing difficulties.
The procedure included correction of the septum to restore proper nasal airflow, along with tip support using a columellar strut graft, dorsal hump removal, and adjustment of the nasolabial angle to approximately 90°, which is considered ideal for male facial structure.
Intraoperative photos, as well as follow-ups at 1 month and 3 years, show a stable, balanced result — both functionally and aesthetically. The nasal structure remains intact, with no signs of tip descent or collapse, thanks to solid cartilage framework and precise technique.

We are happy to share the primary rhinoplasty 1-year result of our dear patient
- young woman from the United States🗽🇺🇸. She traveled to our clinic seeking a more refined and harmonious nasal shape. Her concerns included a bifid (split) nasal tip, large nostrils, dorsal hump, and an overall elongated nasal profile. She desired a nose that would better complement her facial features.
A bifid tip occurs when there is a visible groove or separation between the two lower lateral cartilages, often creating a rounded or “double-tip” appearance. Surgical correction involves precise reshaping and suturing of the cartilages to achieve a smooth, unified tip contour.
In this case, we performed primary ultrasonic rhinoplasty, addressing all concerns through cartilage repositioning, tip correction, hump reduction, nostrils and alar base reduction and overall structural balance. At one year post-op, the result is stable and meeting the patient's expectations.

We are happy to share tertiary revision rhinoplasty 9 Montns post-op of our dear patient from Belgium 🇧🇪.
She came to us after two previous rhinoplasty surgeries, which she had done in her home country with another surgeon. Her main concerns included a drooping nasal tip, lack of definition, unattractive overall shape and imbalanced profile with bump.
We performed a tertiary revision rhinoplasty with careful structural reconstruction. Our dear patient underwent nasal tip surgery (tipplasty) combined with alar base and nostril reduction. The procedure focused solely on the lower third of the nose, aiming to refine tip projection, reduce nostril and tip width, fixing retracted columella, without altering the nasal bones.
Tipplasty is often recommended for patients who are concerned with tip shape, drooping, or excessive width, but do not require full rhinoplasty or nasal bones reshaping. When necessary, it can be performed alongside alar base reduction to address wide nasal base or nostrils.
In this case, the result is stable and well-integrated 1.5 years after surgery, with improved nasal proportions and preserved balanced appearance.

📌Tipplasty surgery is especially preferred in patients with the following nasal tip deformities:
– Wide,
– Drooping or drooping tip,
– Overly pointed,
– Split (bifid) tip,
– Disproportionate or asymmetrical nasal tip,
– Hanging columella (drooping downward),
– Irregularities, collapse at the nasal tip,
– Obvious depressions or indentations.

There are some important points to know in patients considering nasal tip correction:
1 There should be no septum deviation or breathing problems.
2 The patient’s expectations should be realistic and limited.
3 Surgical planning is done only for the shape of the nasal tip.
Especially in cases where the nasal tips appear disproportionately large with the face, such as a bulbous tip, a more natural and balanced appearance can be achieved by simply reducing the nasal tip.
