“Ciao genitori!
Oggi vi mostro una tecnica molto semplice e delicata, che utilizzo da anni nel mio lavoro con i neonati di 2–4 mesi, per aiutarli con le coliche, i gas e il ruttino.

Iniziamo dalla posizione.
Mettete il bambino tra le vostre gambe e tenetelo leggermente, così si sente sicuro.
Inclinatelo un po’ in avanti, circa 45 gradi, in modo che la pancia tocchi leggermente la vostra coscia.
Questa lieve pressione fa davvero la differenza: aiuta i gas a muoversi senza dolore.

Con una mano sostenete il torace del bambino, mentre con l’altra mano eseguite dei colpetti molto leggeri sulla schiena.
Un ritmo dolce… costante…
Questo rilassa il bambino e lo aiuta a liberarsi dei gas in modo naturale.

Un dettaglio importante:
Se il bambino ha gas nelle intestina, quindi gas “da sotto”, inclinatelo un po’ di più in avanti.
La maggiore pressione sull’addome aiuta l’aria a uscire più facilmente.

Se invece ha appena mangiato e volete aiutarlo a fare il ruttino, tenetelo più dritto, così non aumenta troppo la pressione sulla pancia e riducete il rischio di rigurgiti.

Ricordate: tutti i movimenti devono essere molto delicati.
Non vogliamo affaticare il bambino, ma calmarlo.
E sì, con un po’ di pazienza, spesso vediamo un miglioramento già dopo pochi minuti.
