How is Eyebrow Transplantation Done?
As Istavita Clinic, we use the FUE technique in eyebrow transplantation. The donor area, which is the area where the hair follicles will be collected, is usually determined as the area behind 2 ears and slightly above the neck.
Just before the transplant operation, the shape and thickness of the eyebrows are decided by drawing in the area where the eyebrows will be transplanted with our patient. Then, the number of grafts required is determined, an area of appropriate size for the number of grafts to be transplanted from the donor area is determined and this area is shaved. Since the number of grafts is between 50-500 depending on the need, it will be sufficient to shave a very small area in the nape area. Since the hair follicles on it will easily cover this area, the shaved area is easily camouflaged. Under local anesthesia, hair follicles are collected one by one with the help of micromotors. The most important point in eyebrow transplantation is the design of the eyebrows. Another important point is the collection of hair follicles suitable for the design of the eyebrows and the planting in accordance with the direction of the eyebrows. It is not necessary to shape the eyebrows in the next period, since the transplantation is not performed on unwanted places. It is important to plant the eyebrows properly, taking into account the direction and thickness of the head, middle and tip parts. Although the eyebrows continue to shed, they must be transplanted very tightly. After the eyebrow transplant, you can go home immediately. If you act in accordance with the instructions given by your doctor, a full recovery is achieved within 7-10 days.
It takes 4-6 months for your new eyebrows to appear. It will reach the most natural appearance in about 1 year.

Kaş Ekimi Nasıl Yapılır?
Istavita Clinic olarak kaş ekiminde FUE tekniğini kullanıyoruz. Saç köklerinin toplanacağı alan olan donör alan genellikle 2 kulak arkası ve boynun biraz üstü olarak belirlenir.
Ekim operasyonundan hemen önce hastamız ile kaş ekimi yapılacak bölgeye çizilerek kaşların şekli ve kalınlığına karar verilir. Daha sonra gerekli greft sayısı belirlenir, donör alandan ekilecek greft sayısına uygun büyüklükte bir alan belirlenir ve bu alan traş edilir. İhtiyaca bağlı olarak greft sayısı 50-500 arasında olduğu için ense bölgesinde çok küçük bir alanı tıraş etmek yeterli olacaktır. Üzerindeki saç kökleri bu alanı kolayca kapatacağı için tıraş edilen bölge kolayca kamufle edilir. Lokal anestezi altında saç kökleri mikromotorlar yardımı ile tek tek toplanır. Kaş ekiminde en önemli nokta kaşların dizaynıdır. Bir diğer önemli nokta ise kaşların tasarımına uygun saç köklerinin toplanması ve kaşların yönüne uygun ekim yapılmasıdır. İstenmeyen yerlere ekim yapılmadığı için sonraki dönemde kaşların şekillendirilmesine gerek yoktur. Baş, orta ve uç kısımların yönü ve kalınlığı dikkate alınarak kaşların düzgün bir şekilde ekilmesi önemlidir. Kaşlar dökülmeye devam etse de çok sıkı bir şekilde ekilmesi gerekir. Kaş ekiminden sonra hemen eve gidebilirsiniz. Doktorunuzun verdiği talimatlara uygun hareket ederseniz 7-10 gün içinde tam bir iyileşme sağlanır.
Yeni kaşlarınızın çıkması 4-6 ay sürer. Yaklaşık 1 yıl içerisinde en doğal görünüme kavuşacaktır.
