One of the most common surgeries in minimally invasive foot surgery is hallux valgus surgery. In minimally invasive hallux valgus surgery, special instruments are used to perform the procedure in a closed manner to correct the deformity in the patient’s big toe. Unlike traditional methods, there is no open wound in this procedure. Since there is no wound healing process, patients can gradually return to their daily lives 15 days after the surgery. The minimally invasive method minimizes the risk of infection and wound healing problems.
