it was an experience I had been planning for a long time, but this year it gained a different meaning. This year’s strongest theme was very clear; “understanding aging not only through its consequences but also through its mechanisms.”
✨Under the heading of Skin Longevity; epigenetic processes, biological markers, inflammaging, microbiome, and metabolic effects converge at a single point:
