Revision surgery is never simple. After a previous unsuccessful surgery compromised Alison’s structural support, we performed a complex Secondary Rhinoplasty using rib cartilage grafting to meticulously rebuild her nasal bridge.

This result is only one week post-op. You can already see the restoration of tip support and the improvement in base symmetry. As the swelling subsides over the next 12 months, her refined results will only get better.
