Immuntherapie und Krebsimpfstoffe stehen für immunbasierte Behandlungsansätze in der modernen Onkologie.

Die Immuntherapie ist eine Behandlungsmethode, die das Immunsystem dabei unterstützt, Krebszellen zu erkennen, gezielt anzugreifen und zu eliminieren. Krebsimpfstoffe stellen dabei einen spezifischeren Bestandteil dar, indem sie die Immunantwort gezielt gegen bestimmte Tumorzellen lenken.

Im Gegensatz zur klassischen Chemotherapie zerstören diese Therapien den Tumor nicht direkt. Stattdessen aktivieren sie die körpereigenen Abwehrmechanismen. Ziel ist es, die Fähigkeit der Immunzellen zu verbessern, Krebszellen zu unterscheiden und eine langfristige Kontrolle zu gewährleisten.

Die Eignung für jeden Patienten wird von Fachärzten anhand folgender Kriterien bewertet:

• Art der Krebserkrankung
• Stadium der Erkrankung
• Allgemeiner Gesundheitszustand
• Bisherige Behandlungsgeschichte

İmmünoterapi ve kanser aşıları, modern onkolojinin bağışıklık temelli tedavi yaklaşımlarını temsil eder.

İmmünoterapi; bağışıklık sisteminin kanser hücrelerini tanımasını, hedeflemesini ve yok etmesini destekleyen bir tedavi yöntemidir. Kanser aşıları ise bu sürecin daha spesifik bir parçası olarak, bağışıklık yanıtını belirli tümör hücrelerine karşı yönlendirmeyi amaçlar.
