One of the most meaningful feedbacks I often hear from my patients is this:
“We chose you because you make us look younger, but still ourselves.”

That is exactly my philosophy.
I strongly believe in natural rejuvenation. I am not a fan of surgeries that change facial expression or create an unnatural look.

In facial rejuvenation, the goal should never be to focus on just one area.
The real aim is to rejuvenate all facial units in harmony, in a single session, while preserving the patient’s identity.

Rejuvenation surgery is not always about making everything tighter. Sometimes, even the most beautiful faces have certain features that quietly hide their true beauty. Just like this incredibly kind and lovely patient. An operating room nurse herself, she carried a concern in her neck area that was overshadowing the harmony of her face. With the right surgical approach, once that area was corrected, her natural beauty gently came forward—and the transformation was truly remarkable.

To be honest, reaching this result required advanced techniques and some high-risk surgical maneuvers, but it was all done with one clear goal: to reveal what was already there.

At her 5-month follow-up, she had undergone a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, brow lift, buccal fat removal, and blepharoplasty.

In my practice, facial aesthetics should serve one purpose: achieving a younger, fresher, and completely natural look. An artificial or overdone appearance can never be the goal of aesthetic surgery.

For truly natural rejuvenation, all facial subunits that require improvement must be addressed in a single session. Rejuvenating some areas while leaving others untouched creates imbalance—and that imbalance is exactly what leads to unnatural results.
In other words, the fundamental rule is holistic rejuvenation in one session.

For this patient, a comprehensive approach was performed, including:

Just like in all aesthetic surgeries, achieving good results in facial rejuvenation is never about a single procedure. Each patient has unique needs, and therefore each patient requires a customized combination of techniques. Sometimes lifting, sometimes reduction, sometimes excision, sometimes augmentation, and at times the addition of foreign materials—there are many possibilities.

The key is determining which techniques are appropriate for each patient and performing them with precision.

Facelift surgeries are often among the most challenging operations — and revision cases, patients with heavy faces and necks, those previously treated multiple times with energy-based devices, or exposed to repeated filler injections, are some of the most difficult groups to manage.

This lovely patient had undergone a facelift in another country and complained that her face sagged prematurely, her neck showed no improvement after surgery, and she was left with poor scars in front of her ears.

I performed a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, temporal lift, blepharoplasty, and buccal fat removal.

As you can see from the results, even in complex cases like this, with the right and effective surgical maneuvers, achieving beautiful and natural outcomes is often possible.

I believe this patient perfectly represents why I perform facelift surgeries so frequently in my daily practice.
