Postoperative Day 10 – Lip Lift

Early healing phase.

At just 10 days post-op, mild edema and incision visibility are completely normal.
What matters most at this stage is:

• Precise scar placement
• Natural lip-to-nose balance
• Preservation of upper lip dynamics
• No distortion while smiling

This procedure was designed to shorten the philtrum distance while maintaining natural proportions and soft expression.

Even with early swelling, the enhancement in upper tooth show and lip definition is already visible.

Before surgery, our patient presented with periorbital aging and lateral canthal instability.
At postoperative day 10, following Trinity Lift, Bella Eyes (our technique: endoscopic dynamic canthopexy), and endoscopic brow lift, an early improvement in eye contour, lateral canthal support, and overall facial harmony is already visible.

At this stage, swelling and edema are expected and represent a normal part of the healing process.
As recovery continues, edema will subside and the before–after difference will become more defined, natural, and stable over time.
