Since 2013, we have followed one simple principle:
Do the right thing.
For us, every person who walks through our doors is not just a patient, but someone whose life we have the responsibility to touch.
All of our procedures are always carried out under the supervision of our anesthesiologist and specialist doctors, because safety and proper medical standards always come first.
Over the years, we have never recommended unnecessary procedures.
We have never tried to sell additional products to our patients.
Creating dependency on products such as minoxidil or finasteride has never been our approach.
We have never accepted performing dozens of operations in a single day, and we never will.
Because we believe every patient, every procedure, and every result deserves full attention and care.
Likewise, we have never accepted patients whose donor area was not suitable, simply to perform an operation.
We have also never believed in the approach of
“offer a cheap operation, bring the patient in, and then make cross-sales.”
Our focus has always been clear:
Hair transplantation.
At our clinic, apart from hair transplantation, we only perform treatments that support hair health such as Re-Genera, PRP and Exosome.
We know that adding other services such as dental treatments or aesthetic surgery could generate much higher revenues. Our marketing power and advertising team are more than capable of achieving that.
But we deliberately chose not to.
Because we believe that expanding into other fields would weaken our focus on hair transplantation.
Instead, we chose to focus on one thing:
Doing what we know best, in the best possible way.
For more than 14 years, we have never compromised our principles.
And even today, our team continues to ask the same question:
“How can we improve ourselves even further?”
Because for us, success is not about performing more procedures, selling more products, or making more money —
it is about always delivering the best possible results.
