🇹🇷👉🏻🇬🇧👉🏻Reel 2️⃣ Here’s what was really happening behind her low back pain:
🛑 The main mechanical causes were wrong posture, incorrect sitting position, prolonged sitting and complete inactivity.
While sitting, her spine and head were not aligned in a straight axis — there was a constant crooked posture.
🛑 Gradually this misalignment started to exhaust her body.
Beyond the obvious areas, I also discovered a very significant imbalance in her pelvic floor.
🛑 Her muscles were not providing proper support because some groups were overworking while others were barely functioning.
In one workplace, only 2 people were working hard while the other 10 were just sitting idly — and her own body was doing exactly the same thing.
🛑 This created a constant state of fatigue
and a huge internal tension.
All of this was only one of the mechanical reasons — but it was enough to keep her in pain and exhaustion.
The good news? Once we addressed these hidden imbalances with the right approach, everything started to change.’
