My dear patient from Germany 🇩🇪 came to me with complaints of nasal obstruction and a desire for a more balanced, natural nasal shape.
🔹 Severe septal deviation
🔹 Osseous asymmetry due to previous trauma
🔹 Difficulty breathing
✅ Solution: I performed an open structural septorhinoplasty to restore both form and function, correcting the septal deviation and improving facial harmony.
