Long-Term Result: Functional & Aesthetic Rhinoplasty

My dear patient from Italy 🇮🇹 was unhappy with her nose appearance. Also she was having difficulty breathing due to septal deviation. During physical examination we noted
🔹 Severe deviation causing midline asymmetry
🔹 Osseous asymmetry due to trauma
🔹 Low tip rotation, decreased projection and a nasal hump
✅ Solution: I performed an open structural septorhinoplasty to restore both form and function, correcting the septal deviation and improving facial harmony.
📷 Photos taken ~6 months post-op – the result shows a stable, natural outcome with long-term functional and aesthetic improvement.

Post-Bariatric Breast Transformation: Mastopexy with Implant
My dear patient from France 🇫🇷 came to me after massive weight loss following bariatric surgery. Her main concerns were:
🔹 Deflated upper poles
🔹 Severe breast ptosis (grade 3)
🔹 Excess loose skin
🔹 Loss of feminine breast shape and projection
🔹Asymmetry
🔹Scar tissue and dog ear due to previous surgery
✅ Solution:
I performed a mastopexy with implant placement, restoring both volume and youthful shape by:
🔹 Elevating and reshaping the breast tissue
🔹 Removing excess skin
🔹 Repositioning the nipple-areola complex
🔹 Adding implants to restore upper pole fullness and natural projection.
Liposuction and scar revision was also performed to correct previous deformities.
