Yesterday I attended the evening meeting on Refractive Lens Surgery organized by the Turkish Ophthalmology Association.
During the meeting very valuable contributions were made regarding multifocal intraocular lenses. These lenses, also known as smart lenses, enable near, intermediate, and distance vision after the age of 45. Gestern habe ich an dem Abendtreffen zur refraktiven Linsenchirurgie teilgenommen, das von der Türkischen Gesellschaft für Ophthalmologie organisiert wurde. Während des Treffens wurden sehr wertvolle Beiträge zu multifokalen Intraokularlinsen geleistet. Diese Linsen, auch als intelligente Linsen bekannt, ermöglichen nach dem 45. Dün, Türk Oftalmoloji Derneği tarafından düzenlenen Refraktif Lens Cerrahisi konulu akşam toplantısına katıldım. Toplantı sırasında multifokal göz içi lensleriyle ilgili çok değerli paylaşımlar yapıldı. Akıllı lens olarak da bilinen bu lensler, 45 yaş sonrasında yakın, orta ve uzak görmeyi sağlıyorlar.
