Revision Rhinoplasty | 1-week result from Ireland 🇮🇪
🛠️ Over-resected dorsum & over-rotated tip had created a feminized nose that didn’t match his masculine facial structure.

Using rib cartilage grafts, we rebuilt the nasal framework, derotated the tip and restored a more natural, masculine and balanced profile.

⏳ These are early results (1 week post-op). Swelling is still present and the nose will continue to refine over the coming months.
💪The goal in revision is not just change — but harmony.

This was a post-necrosis nose, requiring a complex revision with
a costal cartilage graft,
mucosal flaps for internal lining,
and a filtrum flap as part of the columellar reconstruction.
