In Pattaya, Thailand, a father and his five-year-old son were seriously injured in a motorcycle accident.

Both required urgent surgeries and were initially admitted to separate hospitals.
Remed Assistance coordinated every stage of their treatment — from the father’s orthopedic surgery in Pattaya to the child’s emergency neurosurgery in Bangkok.

Through timely communication and precise planning, both operations were completed successfully, and 15 days later, they were cleared to return home safely.

In September, a 2-year-old insured was admitted to Antalya Training and Research Hospital with severe symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, and convulsions.
