Exactly, there is so much in our armpits. So it should be massaged so carefully, gently in the case of necessity to work such frozen shoulder syndrome, etc., otherwise it should be skipped as it is a very sensitive area. And it should not be part of deep tissue or sport massage at all, giving strong pressure leading to pain is not treatment but torture. It can get even worse. Those kinds of sensitive zones should be treated in deep pressure touch only by medical doctors, not massage therapists. 🙌
I am seeing lately, just for clicks and attention, extremely painful massages are being done armpits, which is totally wrong for our health. 💆♀️
Stay safe and work only with the certified massage therapists who follow the anatomy and core approved massage techniques. Showing power in the gym, not on the massage client's body, is the approach. 🤝
Right touch, right pressure after heating the muscles by listening to the muscles tone is always the safest and effective therapy. 🙏🫰
