In the 3rd year after surgery, the outcome has truly settled in. The nasal shape looks stable and natural, breathing is clearly more comfortable, and the facial balance is much more harmonious.

In this case, we strengthened tip support, corrected the deviation, and subtly refined the aesthetic lines without overdoing the look.
