The treatment of hallux valgus varies depending on the severity of the deformity, as well as the level of pain and discomfort. Mild cases can be corrected with targeted exercises, home workouts, physiotherapy, or special shoes or a bunion splint worn at night. However, in more severe cases, despite the use of a bunion splint, symptoms may worsen. In such situations, surgical intervention is necessary.
