This case involves a young female patient experiencing an extremely rare Norwood 6–level baldness pattern in women. The patient had total loss in the frontal and mid-scalp areas and significant thinning in the crown area. In the examination, Dr. Resul Yaman checked that the donor site had adequate single, double, and multiple grafts and proceeded with hair transplant planning.
Female hair transplantation requires a different approach compared to male procedures.
