I wish I could go back and not book…
I wish I could go back and not book with them. I had emax veneers on on all my teeth that cost a fortune and besides the whole experience that was the worst I could have had, extreme pain, left waiting crying in the lobby as no transfer arriving, anaesthesia not working, I was in pain for 3 months and only surviving on strong painkillers! 3 months. When I spoke to them, they said it’s just normal discomfort. That cannot be normal as I am not a sensitive person and I can handle pain. The cherry on top? One of my teeth came off a morning while having coffee! I was so exited to have this done and before I was there, I even told other people about this clinic, they booked and had treatment done soon after me and unfortunately they also had an incredibly horrible experience. I was tricked with the positive feedback and I was so wrong. This is the reason I am leaving a negative review. I am sure there are so many clinics out there that can do much better for the same money or even less! Look elsewhere and do not risk it otherwise you end up paying so much to fix them afterwards.

I can not recommend STILL IN PAIN
STILL IN PAIN 2 WEEKS AFTER RETURNING home 4 of the crowns unable to bite down on . I will give it another couple of weeks if no improvement I will probably return to a different clinic to correct,
I would love to recommend this clinic , but unfortunately I can not . Think specsavers v trusted optician . The clinic is a bit chaotic and you are treated as cattle really , communication if you don't speak Turkish is a problem , The patient reps Ilayda and Irem are very very nice and a credit to the organisation but unfortunately the dental procedures and clinic are less than expected. You really do get what you pay for . Western health are cheaper but be prepared for the pain and irritation with cancelled appointments and last minute fitting unfortunately. The accommodation and transport are all adequate for the price paid , but the dental treatment and patient care could really be improved and is not as expected, However on the plus side it is among the cheapest do if you don't mind a bit of sensitivity etc , its up to you , I would not recommend to any with sensitive teeth as mine are now continually sensitive and aching 👍

Had my appointment booked in with this…
Had my appointment booked in with this clinic, 4 weeks before my flight I was advised we need to reschedule as the doctor is taking holiday. I was able go get my deposit back. Obviously had my flights booked and holiday sorted, very poor attitude from the doctor deciding to take a holiday and just push my appointment out. Do not recommend this clinic.

after reading there add i contacted…
after reading there add i contacted them , sounded good, offered flights 2 trips transfers and total 12 nights 4 star hotel, said birmingham ok , given price £5,500 pounds all in, agreed , they asked for a £500 deposit sent it, then they asked me to book flights myself, i said that is what you advertised , they say no, so i asked for a refund , still waiting for reply, give me flights or refund ???, i have asked for refund within 3 days, consumer rights say you can cancel online purchase, they have now threatened me with lawyers for saying this, 4/july 2023, still waiting for refund, after threatening me with solicitors if i made these comments, but not a reply just want my deposit back ,as they mislead me to what was included
