سعدنا اليوم بزيارة قسم الإدارة الصحية في جامعة سلجوق، حيث قدّم كلٌّ من د. عمر علي كركوكلي – المدير الطبي لقسم المرضى الدوليين والآنسة رؤى سعد الدين – مديرة عمليات خدمات المرضى الدوليين محاضرة مميزة حول خبرتنا العملية في مجال خدمات المرضى الدوليين.

قدّم د. عمر و الانسة رؤى للطلبة خلاصة تجربة ميدانية حقيقية، عكست واقع العمل اليومي، مع تسليط الضوء على أهم آليات العمل والتحديات والفرص في هذا المجال المتطور.

سعدنا بالتفاعل والحوار البنّاء مع الطلبة، ونتطلع لرؤية الجيل القادم من المختصين في الصحة يحققون نجاحات مميزة

We were pleased to visit the Department of Health Management at Selçuk University, where Dr. Omer Ali Kerkuklu – Medical Director of the International Patient Department and Ms. Roaa Saad Aldin – International Patient Services Operations Manager delivered a distinguished lecture on our practical experience in international patient services.

Dr. Omer and Ms.Roaa shared with the students real field based insights reflecting the reality of daily operations, highlighting key workflows, challenges, and opportunities in this evolving field.

We appreciated the engagement and constructive discussion with the students, and we look forward to seeing the next generation of healthcare professionals achieve great success.

في 9 أبريل 2026، شارك فريق مستشفى باشكنت قونية في برنامج اليوم الوطني للاقتصاد، في العاصمة السنغالية داكار 🇸🇳
حيث مثّل المستشفى كلٌّ من د. عمر علي كركوكلو والسيد أرجان زكي جيديك، وتم خلال اللقاءات بحث فرص التعاون الصحي بين تركيا والسنغال،
لا سيما في مجالات زراعة الأعضاء والتطبيقات الطبية المتقدمة، في خطوة تعكس توجّهًا نحو تطوير شراكات صحية فعّالة على المستوى الدولي.

On April 9, 2026, Başkent Konya Hospital’s team participated in the National Economy Day program in Dakar, the capital of Senegal 🇸🇳
represented by Dr. Ömer Ali Kerküklü and Mr.Ercan Zeki Gedik, where discussions focused on healthcare cooperation between Turkey and Senegal,
particularly in organ transplantation and advanced medical practices, reflecting a clear direction toward building effective international healthcare partnerships.

ضمن جهود توسيع شبكة العلاقات الدولية وتعزيز الحضور في قطاع السياحة العلاجية، قام الأستاذ أرجان زكي جيديك، برفقة الدكتور عمر علي كركوكلو، المدير الطبي لقسم المرضى الدوليين في مستشفى باشكنت قونية، بزيارة رسمية إلى السفارة التركية في العاصمة السنغالية داكار.

وكان في استقبال الوفد سعادة سفيرة الجمهورية التركية لدى السنغال، ديلشاد قرباشلي قره أوغلو ، حيث جرى خلال اللقاء بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك في المجال الصحي، وسبل تعزيز وصول المرضى من دول غرب إفريقيا إلى الخدمات الطبية المتقدمة في تركيا.

وتشكل هذه الزيارة خطوة عملية نحو بناء جسور تواصل مباشر مع الجهات الرسمية في السنغال لخدمة المرضى بشكل أكثر فاعلية.

As part of ongoing efforts to expand international networks and strengthen its presence in medical tourism, Mr. Ercan Zeki Gedik, accompanied by Dr. Omar Ali Kerküklü, Medical Director of the International Patient Department at Başkent University Konya Hospital, paid an official visit to the Turkish Embassy in Dakar.

The delegation was received by H.E. Ambassador Dilşad Kırbaşlı Karaoğlu, where discussions focused on advancing healthcare collaboration and improving access for patients from West Africa to Türkiye’s advanced medical services.

This visit marks a practical step toward building direct communication channels with official institutions in Senegal, aiming to serve patients more efficiently and effectively.

في إطار تعزيز الانفتاح الدولي وتوسيع مجالات التعاون الصحي، أجرى السيد ارجان زكي جيديك، برفقة الدكتور عمر علي كركوكلو، المدير الطبي لقسم المرضى الدوليين في مستشفى باشكنت قونية، زيارة رسمية إلى العاصمة السنغالية داكار.

وشهدت الزيارة لقاءً مع مسؤولي غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في داكار (CCIAD)، بحضور رئيس الغرفة، السيد عبد الله سو، حيث تم بحث سبل تطوير التعاون بين الجانبين، مع التركيز على القطاع الصحي وفتح آفاق لشراكات استراتيجية تدعم تبادل الخبرات وتطوير الخدمات الطبية.

In line with its commitment to expanding global partnerships, Mr. Ercan Zeki Gedik and Dr. Ömer Ali Kerküklü, Medical Director of the International Patient Department at Başkent Konya Hospital, paid an official visit to Dakar.

During a meeting with CCIAD, attended by the President of the Chamber Mr. Abdoulaye Sow , both sides explored prospects for healthcare collaboration and strategic partnerships aimed at enhancing knowledge exchange and advancing medical services.

في خطوة تعكس تنامي الاهتمام بتعزيز التعاون الدولي في المجال الصحي، استقبلت غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في العاصمة السنغالية داكار وفدًا من مستشفى باشكنت قونية، في إطار زيارة رسمية هدفت إلى بحث آفاق الشراكة بين الجانبين.

وضمّ الوفد السيد أرجان زكي جيديك والدكتور عمر علي كركوكلو، المدير الطبي لقسم المرضى الدوليين، حيث جرى خلال اللقاء مناقشة سبل تطوير التعاون، مع التركيز على القطاع الصحي وتعزيز مجالات العمل المشترك.

🦵🏻بعد معاناة مع آلام الركبة بسبب تمزق في الغضروف، اختار مريضنا القدوم من هولندا 🇳🇱 لتلقي العلاج في مستشفى جامعة باشكنت – قونية 🏥، حيث أُجريت له عملية محدودة التوغل مدعومة بالعلاج بالخلايا الجذعية، ضمن خطة علاجية وُضعت بعد تقييم طبي دقيق. وقد رافق المريض خلال رحلته العلاجية فريق طبي متخصص، مع متابعة مستمرة في جميع مراحل العلاج

After suffering from knee pain due to a meniscus tear, our patient chose to travel from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 to Başkent University Hospital – Konya 🏥 for treatment. A minimally invasive procedure supported by stem cell therapy was performed, as part of a treatment plan developed following a comprehensive medical evaluation. The patient was accompanied throughout the treatment journey by a specialized medical team, with continuous follow-up at every stage.
