Op. Dr. Gülçin Nujen Çardak, 2004 yılında Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinden mezun olmuştur. Yaklaşık 1,5 yıl acil servis hekimliği yapmıştır. Daha sonra Şişli Etfal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları ihtasasını kazanmıştır. Ancak Estetik Plastik Cerrahiye duyduğu ilgi nedeniyle istifa ederek yeniden uzmanlık sınavına girerek sınavı da kazanmıştır. İstanbul Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde, Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi ihtisasına başlamıştır.

Çeşitli mikrocerrahi, rekonstrüktif ve estetik cerrahi ameliyatlarına girmiştir. Bilimsel çalışmalara dahil olup, 2013 yılında uzmanlık sınavını da geçip, Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi uzmanı olarak ihtisasını tamamlamıştır.Mecburi hizmetini Kastamonu Dr. Münif İslamoğlu Devlet Hastanesi ve Konya Numune Hastanesinde yapıp,daha sonra İstanbul Pendik Devlet Hastanesi ve Özel Çağıner Hastanesinde hastalarına hizmet vermiştir.

Op.Dr. Gülçin Nujen Çardak, mesleki çalışmalarına İstanbul Kadıköy'de bulunan Özel Muayenehanesinde devam ederek hastalarına hizmet vermektedir.
