Just 1 Month after Closed Rhinoplasty.
At the 1-month mark, the nose is always still swollen, and the reduction of swelling continues gradually until full healing occurs—usually between 1.5 to 2 years. This process slows down over time. In other words, if approximately 75% of the healing takes place within the first month, about 90% is typically achieved by 6 months, while the remaining progress happens gradually over the course of 1 to 2 years, depending on the individual.
I kindly ask that you keep this in mind when evaluating photos. It will also help you better understand how noses similar to yours may look at 1 month, 6 months, or even 1 year post-op.
