Our patient had Gigantomastia, a condition characterized by excessive breast tissue growth. It that can lead to significant mechanical back and shoulder pain, postural disturbances, chronic skin irritation (intertrigo), and recurrent fungal infections.

A severe case of Capsular Contracture—revised surgically: Part 2
Baker Grade III Capsular Contracture is a complex condition that causes visible breast deformity, hardness, and implant displacement.
In this case, the patient had saline implants placed over the muscle, with a severely thickened, calcified, stone-hard capsule compressing and displacing the implant upward.
Treatment was completed with:
⭐️ Total capsulectomy
⭐️ Change of implant pocket plane
⭐️ Implant renewal using new-generation implants—aiming to restore both comfort and natural breast contour.

Before-and-after images showing the postoperative results following our Superomedial Pedicled Mastopexy (Breast Lift) procedure.
Using the patient’s own breast tissue, Dr. Surmeli’s modified surgical technique was applied to both elevate the breast and achieve upper pole auto-augmentation, without the use of implants. Although healing is still in progress and mild swelling is expected at this stage, a significant improvement in breast position, contour, and symmetry is already visible ✨
In this case, the patient presented with Grade 3 breast ptosis, increased ar**la size, and constricted breast-tuberous breast features; the entire breast tissue distribution and positioning were reconstructed within natural anatomical boundaries, along with a simultaneous ar**la size reduction. The final outcome will continue to refine over the coming weeks as the tissues fully settle.
