She is a post-bariatric patient with constricted breast features, both of which add an additional layer of complexity to surgical planning and implant selection.
Breast augmentation is never about choosing a number alone. Detailed preoperative drawings and measurements allow us to define the breast footprint, assess skin elasticity, evaluate tissue thickness, and determine the ideal implant position and projection. Every line drawn before surgery guides the balance and symmetry achieved in the final result.
As seen here, the contours already appear harmonious and proportional. With time, as swelling subsides and tissues soften, the result continues to settle into a more natural, fluid appearance.
