THIS IS OUR STORY. 🧡

When I opened my business, it wasn’t the “perfect” time. I also didn’t feel “ready”, it was a leap of faith rooted in purpose.

As I have evolved, so has this business and I am immensely grateful for every inch of growth and success that we have experienced over the years. Serving authentically has allowed me to attract the clients that I want to serve and who want to be served by me. There is nothing that compares to that. I am thankful for every client that has chosen us and continues to time and time again.

My commitment to RTC’s vision and to providing accessible, professional, wellness support remains. This therapeutic space has become home to so many people, and that fact has surpassed what I envisioned for this space. We do so much more than just offer wellness support, we journey with you as you overcome, transition and make your way home to yourself.

2025 was an incredible year of growth for RTC.
We were able to serve so many beautiful individuals, groups and organizations and we seek to continue to support you on your respective journeys in 2026.

‼️At this time, we are not accepting new clients.‼️
Consultations will reopen in February of 2026 and you can head to the website to book your consultation.

Some of us are committed so deeply to our hopes and plans for ourselves that there is no room for anything outside of what has been envisioned.

There’s nothing wrong with that, in fact, it is wonderful for you to demonstrate that level of commitment and resilience. However, I want you to take a minute to consider how healthy your commitment is. Sometimes, our lack of flexibility is what is keeping us stuck. That, all or nothing approach leaves no room for greater possibilities to manifest in your life.

I want you to know that it is wonderful to have a plan but it is even better to be aligned with God’s plan and purpose for your life. Leave room for Him to come in and make your plan better. Leave room for Him to take you to places you never imagined were possible. Leave room for Him…..Period. Allow yourself to be led and guided as it all beautifully unfolds and comes together for your good.

🎄IT’S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR! 🎄& RTC will be taking a much needed break.

Ramose Therapeutic Consultancy will be closed for the holiday season. The last available date for virtual appointments is Friday 19th December and the last available date for in office appointments is Saturday 20th December 2025.

Consultations will be closed from Saturday 20th December 2025 until Monday February 9th 2026.

My gifts will always make room for me and I will serve in spaces that are meant for me. 🙏🏾

I recently had the esteemed pleasure of guest speaker at the TTRP Purple Diamonds San Fernando General Meeting. I facilitated a presentation on mental health and wellness, specifically focusing on the areas that affect the aging population. Let me tell you how that went.

When I arrived, I was certain I was in the wrong place. The car pack was full and I told myself, I didn’t sign up to speak to this big of a crowd today! It was entirely too late to provide a reasonable excuse to not keep my commitment, also, how would that translate for me and my business, so I only had one option, DO IT!

My notes in shaky hands, I approached the mic and began speaking. These are not topics I am unfamiliar with but I am also extremely passionate about. Turns out, that’s all I needed to do.
✅ Show Up!
✅ Be my authentic self.
The crowd was phenomenal! I appreciated their love and energy as we journeyed through this moment together. This experience turned out to be a milestone in my journey as a speaker, presenter and business owner.
I am grateful. ✨

2025 has been my year of YES!
YES to things that scare and stretch me.
YES to opportunities that I think are out of my reach.
YES to rooms that I feel unprepared to be in.
My decision to say YES has been met with a YES in return.

Here to let you know, the things you are waiting on to happen for you are in fact waiting on your YES! It is safe to confidently say it and accept and trust what comes next.

Emotional regulation is an important tool on our wellness journey. It boosts your mental health and general wellbeing, it enhances decision making, assists in navigating conflict and supports the development of self control.

The four R’s of emotional regulation are, Recognize, Respond, Reprise and Reflect. In this post, I am offering some tools and techniques that you can use TODAY to begin regulating yourself and supporting your nervous system.
