Let’s talk about emotional regulation! 🧘🏿♀️
Emotional regulation is an important tool on our wellness journey. It boosts your mental health and general wellbeing, it enhances decision making, assists in navigating conflict and supports the development of self control.
The four R’s of emotional regulation are, Recognize, Respond, Reprise and Reflect. In this post, I am offering some tools and techniques that you can use TODAY to begin regulating yourself and supporting your nervous system.
