🧀 Cheesy Cauliflower Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower florets

¼ cup shredded cheese

1 tbsp butter

1 clove garlic (minced)

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Steam or boil cauliflower until soft (about 8–10 mins).

Drain and place in a bowl.

Add butter, garlic, and cheese.

Mix until melted and creamy.

Season and serve warm.

Longer recipe but we promise you, its totally worth it!

Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons avocado oil
¼ cup (half a stick) unsalted butter
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, can be adjusted based on your spice preferences

Optional Garnishes:
▢Fresh lemon juice
▢Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Prep Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and, if needed, pat them dry with paper towel.

Coat Chicken: In a large, shallow bowl, whisk together cornstarch and salt, then gently toss chicken pieces in mixture until evenly coated.

Cook Chicken:
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot and shimmering, add chicken pieces and cook without touching for 4 minutes. Flip chicken pieces one by one, then cook until temperature of chicken pieces reaches 165 degrees F, about another 3-5 minutes, stirring around occasionally to cook all sides. (There may be grease splatter, so we would suggest using a splatter guard while chicken cooks and being careful while flipping the chicken.)

Transfer To Plate: Remove chicken bites from pan and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Prepare Garlic Butter: Melt butter in microwave or in small pan or pot on stovetop. Sprinkle spices in and stir until combined.

Coat Chicken: Toss chicken bites in garlic butter until coated evenly.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish chicken bites with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and parsley, then serve.

🥒 Tuna Cucumber Boats

Ingredients:

1 can tuna (drained)

2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt

1 large cucumber

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix tuna with mayo/yogurt, salt, and pepper.

Slice cucumber lengthwise and scoop out the center.

Fill with tuna mixture.

Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.

🥬 Lettuce Wrap Burger

Ingredients:

1 burger patty (about 4 oz ground meat)

2–3 large lettuce leaves

2 slices tomato

1 slice cheese (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season and cook the patty over medium heat (about 4–5 mins per side).

Wash and dry lettuce leaves.

Place cooked patty on lettuce, add tomato and cheese.

Wrap and enjoy as a low-carb burger.

Quick, low-carb breakfast that keeps you full for hours 💪

Egg & Veggie Scramble egg 🍳

Ingredients:
3 large eggs 🥚
1/2 cup spinach 🍃
1/4 cup bell peppers🫑
1/2 medium onion🧅
1/4 cup mushrooms 🍄
1/2 cup broccoli 🥦
1/2 tbsp olive oil🛢

Instructions:

Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan.

Add chopped onions, mushrooms, broccoli and peppers, cook for 2–3 mins.

Add spinach and let it wilt.

Crack eggs into the pan and scramble everything together.

Cook until eggs are fully done.
Add salt and pepper to your liking and enjoy!
