Palliative care in Trinidad & Tobago has come a long way. From the first Caribbean hospice in 1983 to today’s growing network of caregiving and home-based services.
Our Atlas of Palliative Care maps this journey:
where we began, what we’ve built, and what’s still ahead.
Through programs like Living Water’s Re-Med, the LivHealth Charitable Foundation, and the LivCare Advanced Certificate in Community Palliative Practice, we hope to continue to build a stronger system. One rooted in compassion, access, and collaboration.
