Eight women, one waterfall — and a reminder of why we do what we do!

Most of us usually have Sundays off —
but this one, I wanted to do something for them.

Eight of us made it.
The rest were back at the clinic keeping things running.

We planned a hike.
I thought it would be simple. (It wasn’t) 😅

The rainforest slowed us down.
Nicholas — our guide, protector, creature-watcher, bodyguard — basically our Superman.

We climbed, slipped, screamed, and laughed the whole way.
When the rock under one of us moved, chaos turned to laughter — as it always does.

That’s this team.
They find calm in the middle of crazy.
They show up for my vision and somehow make it theirs too.

This day was just my thank-you.
No clinic. No plans. Just joy.

Because behind every Smile Inn smile
