When I first started intermittent fasting, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I thought I’d be starving… exhausted… cranky… and ready to faint by 10am 😅

But here’s what I wish I knew back then:
• Those early hunger waves aren’t an emergency — they pass.
• You actually feel more energised, not less.
• Electrolytes are a game changer.
• Fasting isn’t about restriction — it’s about giving your body a break.
• And it becomes easier way faster than you expect.

And then everything shifted for me.
I went on to study intermittent fasting properly, enrolling in a nutrition-based fasting program… and that’s when it all clicked.

Understanding the science behind fasting made me so much more confident and it’s why I’m able to guide others through it safely today.

If you’re someone who snacks out of stress, gets mid-day crashes, or just wants to feel more in control again… fasting can truly change everything.
