Customer name, address, and telephone number are collected to ensure products can be shipped to the correct address of the customer by the Delivery company and the customer can be contacted by phone to confirm order(s) and shipping dates. This information is not shared with anyone except the Delivery company. Billing information is not collected by RIO CLARO PHARMACY 2007 LTD on its website or page or on delivery to the customer.
3. Delivery, Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
Delivery
Purchases are delivered by an external Delivery Service company or by TT POST. Normal delivery period is 2 to 3 days but may be longer during busy shopping times, e.g. Christmas, and for delivery locations outside Trinidad. Buyers are advised to contact us if your package is not delivered 5 days after payment or after finalising your order with a customer representative. Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyers must bear shipping costs for items CANCELLED after the order has been shipped or for items RETURNED. Cancellations & Returns
Buyers wishing to CANCEL an order MUST INFORM US BEFORE THE order has been shipped. Buyers are informed via Facebook INBOX or phone when the order is finalised & confirmed and ready to ship. Buyers will bear Shipping cost if they CANCEL AN ORDER after the ORDER has been shipped. The buyer has SEVEN (7) Days from the date of delivery to return an item or items. The item or items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Refunds
After the item or items are received, they are inspected and the buyer will be informed of the status. If approved, items can be exchanged where applicable, or refunds of credit card payments can be processed, or for DEBIT CARD and COD payments the buyer can come in person to receive a cash payment refund.
4. Payment Terms
Only Customers aged 18 or over are eligible to purchase items online. When purchasing items online from our website or page, the buyer agrees and confirms they understand and accept the above age eligibility. WIPAY Trinidad & Tobago processes payments after the customer completes the Order & Shipping process at RIOCLAROPHARMACY.com, while the Delivery company collects Cash, or Debit card, or Credit Card payments when they deliver to the customer. Customers must confirm the method of payment before items are shipped and must agree to pay the full amount that includes Shipping & Handling, at either the WIPAY website via Credit Card or WIPAY voucher, or to the Delivery company via Cash, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
