At Optimum Holistic Care, we take a holistic approach to therapy. OHC is a private organization that is focused on providing psychological services to the private and public sector through the EAP (Employees Assistance Programmes). We also provide counselling services to individuals. These services includes: individual psychotherapy, family and marital counselling, group counselling, child therapy. The EPA services consists of Psycho-diagnostic services, counselling services, staff development services (workshop & seminars), Pre employment screening services, management assistant programmes, CSID- Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.

Mr. Leroy Lewis is a holistic psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the field. He has facilitated numerous life skills and mentorship programs with STEM and other programs with the Ministry of Education. He has assisted with career guidance at the form 5 level and helps young adults bridge the gap between school life and the world of work.
